SCPA works with universities and colleges in the southeast region of the United States, which includes AL, GA, MD, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA and WV.
SCPA recognizes the important role that the civil engineering, architectural and building construction academic community plays in the future of the construction industry. Therefore, it is our desire to develop and maintain a working relationship with professors and students. This is accomplished through various programs and services offered by our association and member companies. Thru these programs, we offer:
- Expert speakers for class lectures
- Student tours of cement and ready mix plants
American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) nationally recognized student competitions, offered in cooperation with the ACI Student Activities Committee, give students the opportunity to participate in interesting and educational concrete projects. [ More ]
